About the Job

The Production Support Engineer aims to ensure efficiency and accuracy in data conversion projects, from planning to implementation, by providing high-quality technical support to optimize batch processing and data integration. This role requires effective collaboration with clients, project managers, and cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues, improve operational processes, and ensure a seamless experience for end-users. Additionally, the engineer will lead system improvement initiatives and support quality assurance, contributing to the innovation and scalability of conversion and support processes within the organization.

Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience with SaaS applications in the Finance, Planning, and Analysis area, including Adaptive Planning/Insights, and at least three years of experience in ERP, ETL, or financial implementation and data conversion.
• Minimum of three years of experience working with clients requiring analytical and technical problem-solving.
• Experience with SQL, RestAPI, WSDL, and the Microsoft Suite of products.
• Strong knowledge of ETL processes, data migration, data conversion, and/or data integration routines and protocols.
• Experience in integrations between FP&A tools and other financial applications, planning models and sheets, reporting methodologies, and dashboard management.
• Experience with Zoho, Jira, and Confluence is preferred.
