We're looking for a Technical Lead to join our Development team and lead the technical direction of projects while building scalable, reliable solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and AWS.

What we're looking for:

• 4+ years of software development experience.
• 1–2 years of technical leadership experience.
• Strong Java & Spring Boot experience.
• Experience with AWS, REST APIs, and scalable backend applications.
• Knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and testing.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum or Kanban.
• Strong mentoring and technical decision-making skills.
• B2+ English level.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
