We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Data Analyst with 2+ years of experience working with complex datasets, who thrives in cross-functional environments and drives impact through data accuracy, analytical rigor, and clear communication.

About the Role


We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with strong experience in data migration and ETL processes, who enjoys working with complex datasets and ensuring data accuracy at scale. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, transforming, and validating large volumes of data, supporting critical migration projects and financial data operations. You will collaborate closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex data logic into clear insights while contributing to reliable, scalable, and well-documented data workflows.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related technical field.
  2. 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, with strong focus on data migration, ETL processes, and large-scale data validation.
  3. Proven experience working with financial data, banking systems, or accounting platforms (highly preferred).
  4. Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
  5. Ability to clearly explain complex data logic and findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  6. Experience working in cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
Tools & Technical Skills
  1. SQL: Advanced proficiency writing complex queries and stored procedures using PostgreSQL and MySQL.
  2. Python: Experience using Pandas and NumPy for data cleaning, transformation, and automation.
  3. ETL & Data Processing: Hands-on experience with data migration, validation scripts, and reconciliation workflows.
  4. Data Visualization: Experience creating dashboards and exception reports using Amazon QuickSight, Tableau, or similar tools.
  5. Cloud: Basic familiarity with AWS services such as S3 and RDS.
  6. Data Formats: Experience working with CSV, JSON, and XML files.
  7. Version Control (Nice to Have): Familiarity with Git for managing scripts and data workflows.
