This role may require the employee to regularly appear on-camera or have their voice used on video as needed (as mutually agreed upon)
HighlightHER is seeking a Temp Production Assistant to be a part of the HighlightHER production team, specifically focusing on original video projects. This role will assist in idea generation for day to day creation of content. Other responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Assisting the team on story planning, pitch process, and creating original video content aligning with HighlightHER brand pillars and female audience passion-points
Shooting and producing recurring video franchises
Graphic and photo organization, edit with Photoshop.
Performing light editing work, compiling notes and doing string outs to guide content through the back end of production.
A strong understanding of HighlightHER’ voice and brand
Experience working with social media platforms, specifically Instagram and YouTube
Minimum 1 year of Video Production experience
Passion for youth culture, sports, and digital media
Deep understanding of content created specifically for social media
Ability to work in a team environment with a flexible work schedule, including nights and weekends
Energetic and enthusiastic self-starter who enjoys working under pressure
Some knowledge and understanding of Adobe Premiere, Photoshop and web publishing skills also a plus
Real passion for sports and youth culture and familiarity with the female social sports fan
Experience with social content discovery
Willing and able to work night and weekend hours
