About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Revenue & Product Operations to join our team to operationalize, prioritize, and execute the department’s strategic vision through B/R’s O&O and off-site channels.


  • Ideate and productize new ad product opportunities, develop go-to-market strategy, and implement processes for execution across O&O, social, and distribution platforms

  • Coordinate ad roadmap priorities with B/R product & engineering teams on behalf of Revenue

  • Implement new and current revenue opportunities (e.g. platform partnerships) and optimize around capacity, performance, and ad effectiveness

  • Serve as the day-to-day advertising POC for platform partners (vendors & distribution platforms)

  • Manage and respond to new and custom ad related requests from Sales

  • Assist in the maintenance of ad product sales materials

  • Track and analyze outgoing rates (clients, agency, category, account) and mediate partner contracts and SOWs with signatories and legal

  • Gather and streamline data collection process with various internal teams (analytics, yield, social, account management)

  • Research and communicate market industry trends and potential ad technology partners and vendors



  • At least 4 years of digital media experience (at a publisher, agency, social or content platform, or ad tech company)

  • Experienced in marketing and implementing new product roll-outs

  • Project management experience preferred

  • Experience working closely with product, engineering, and ad operations teams

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Excellent Microsoft Excel Skills

  • Bachelor's degree required
