About the role:

We are looking for a Associate IT Operations Engineer to join our IT team. This role is based out of NY and will report to our IT Operations Engineer to provide support to 500+ Bleacher Report employees. Additional responsibilities include (but are not limited to):


  • Provide on-site IT technical support to end-users in NY Office.

  • Provide coverage over NY, SF, and London offices.

  • Debug technical hardware and software related issues.

  • Help with internal meetings and company events including occasional remote events and events outside of normal business hours.

  • Support other office technologies, such as televisions, network printers, and video conference equipment, etc.

  • Responsible for inventory over IT assets.

  • Responsible for RMAs.

  • Responsible for onboarding new hires.

  • Collaborate with team to create and maintain documentation.

  • Collaborate with team to create and/or improve workflows.


  • Strong Mac experience

  • Exceptional communication skills

  • Flexible and adaptable

  • Self-starter, ability to work independently

  • Good understanding of TCP/IP Networking and VPN

  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

  • 1-3 years experience in IT, technical support, or help desk environment

  • Experience with G-Suite (bonus points)

  • Experience with JAMF (bonus points)

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
