Summary of Role:
The Consultant will assist IndigoHomes' sales and marketing team in:
- Generating and qualifying leads through field promotions and follow-ups.
- Calling leads from other channels to ensure they are effectively qualified and engaged.
- Ensuring timely and accurate updates to IndigoHomes’ lead database.
Working Hours Academic Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales promotions, field marketing, customer service, or similar roles. Real estate or property sales experience is an added advantage.
Working Hours Skills & Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage potential clients in various settings.
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to follow a call script while maintaining a conversational tone.
- Comfortable working in dynamic environments such as malls, exhibitions, and outdoor activations.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or CRM systems for updating leads and reporting.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting daily/weekly targets.
Personal Attribute:
- Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven.
- Professional appearance and conduct, in line with IndigoHomes’ brand standards.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, based on activation schedules.
- Strong integrity and commitment to data privacy and confidentiality protocols.
- Familiarity with Accra and its environs is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is an asset.
Working Hours:
- As per activation schedules determined by IndigoHomes.
- May include both weekday and weekend shifts depending on events and activation requirements.
Work Location:
- Varies depending on activation zones defined by IndigoHomes, including malls, exhibitions, and community events.
Additional Duties:
- Submit daily and weekly reports on lead interactions.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and uphold IndigoHomes’ brand standards.
- Adhere to internal communication, data privacy, and reporting protocols.
