ABOUT YOU

  • You embody BlackIvy’s core values of Imagination, Relentlessness, Courage, Humility, Partnership and Forthrightness

  • You have a minimum of five (5) years’ work experience in a similar role

  • You have received a first Degree or Diploma Certificate from an accredited University

  • You exhibit excellent English writing and oral communication skills

  • You are known for your detail orientation and diligence in preparing documents.

  • You have proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of applications

  • You exhibit excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Basic quantitative, business process management, financial management and analytical skills are an added advantage.

ABOUT THE JOB

Marketing:

  • Manage and coordinate marketing activities, events, campaigns, social media and strategic initiatives to drive sales and grow awareness of the IndigoHomes brand.

  • Promote a brand identity and messaging that aligns with IndigoHomes purpose, mission, values and commitment to deliver homes in communities where buyers and residents love to live

  • Identify and exploit new market opportunities, providing recommendations and strategies to secure new leads and generate new pools for sales team to drive sales.

  • Gather and share market intelligence that ensure that the sales team is constantly aware of the company’s position in the industry

  • Manage the customer journey for existing customers

  • Inform and provide the sales team and agents with correct and up-to-date presentation material

  • Work closely with marketing consultants and agents to ensure they deliver their mandate in line with the agreed contractual scope of work.

  • Oversee the creation and production of marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, signage and presentations. Ensure all materials accurately represent the company’s brand and effectively communicate key messages.

  • Plan and execute advertising campaigns to promote the company’s properties and services. This may involve traditional advertising channels such as print media, radio and television as well as online advertising platforms.

  • Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the company’s goals and objectives

Communication:

  • Manage public relations activities to enhance the company’s reputation and maintain positive relationships with the media outlets, journalists and industry influencers

  • Coordinate press releases, media interviews and organize events to generate media coverage

  • Undertake communications research to deliver timely communications and monitor the progress of various communications strategies

  • Collaborate closely with sales, accounts and collection team members to monitor the payment status or each client for communication purposes

  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders including clients, partners and industry professionals. Attend industry events, conferences and networking opportunities to expand the company’s network and create new business opportunities.

General:

  • Available for a work schedule including occasional after-hours events.

  • Willing to take on special projects as needed.
