ABOUT YOU
You embody BlackIvy’s core values of Imagination, Relentlessness, Courage, Humility, Partnership and Forthrightness
You have a minimum of four (4) years’ work experience in a similar role
You have received a first Degree or Diploma Certificate from an accredited University
You exhibit excellent English writing and oral communication skills
You are known for your detail orientation and diligence in preparing documents.
You have proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of applications especially excel
You exhibit excellent organizational and time management skills
Basic quantitative, business process management, financial management and analytical skills are an added advantage
ABOUT THE JOB
• Maintain and update inventory records in the inventory management system, including:
o Recording receipts of inventory
o Recording issues of inventory
o Ensuring all issues are accompanied with properly signed requisition form
o Ensuring all receipts are accompanied with the correct packing lists
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies and report to management as soon as possible
• Conduct a recurring inventory check every Monday morning
• Reconcile actual inventory count to computer records after the weekly inventory check
• Prepare a report of missing or unaccounted for inventory as soon as it is detected
• Coordinate with Supervisor to prevent overuse or hoarding on site
