Sales Operations Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Sales Leadership Team in preparation and review of Key Performance metrics, Business plans, and Quarterly Business Reviews

  • Work closely with the field to identify the opportunities, develop an action plan, monitor execution, and report outperformance. 

  • Drive the reporting process to provide accurate and timely reports to the field team and address specific questions in an effective manner

  • Work directly with global sales personnel in providing professional and timely sale operational support

  • Manage day to day Salesforce Administration 

  • Provide Salesforce support to the user base

  • Responsible for proper documentation related to duties and responsibilities within the sales teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree 

  • Minimum of at least 1-3 years in supporting sales organizations and managing sales support teams in a high-growth technology environment.

  • Demonstrated knowledge and have owned the sales operation processes including forecasting, territory, quote setting, and the lead to orders funnel

  • Strong organization skills, program management desirable

  • 1-3 years managing the adoption of SFDC and surrounding applications, and have a thorough understanding of the SFDC application model, architecture, automation, and data structure.

  • Demonstrated understanding of Sales, Inside-Sales, and Channels.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, and Skill Requirements:

  • Advanced skills in Excel & PowerPoint 

  • Experience with Google’s G Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides)

  • Salesforce Administrator experience required

  • Marketo experience a plus

Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative, small company environment with minimal direction and able to adjust workload based upon changing priorities.

  • Proven track record of effectively interfacing with cross-functional departments and sales management team

  • Demonstrated project management skills to execute multiple projects with tight deadlines, including attention to detail and follow-through.
