As Product Marketing Manager, you will be an integral part of the team responsible for ensuring that the right message gets to the right people at the right time. The role requires someone who understands both business and tech, communicating Bitglass’ value prop and differentiation across the full landscape of media--from technical briefs to videos and even on stage. You’ll collaborate across the company, working with customers, prospects, sales, product management, and more.


  • Content is the fuel for Bitglass’ go-to-market efforts, and your job is to create, maintain, and optimize that fuel by owning and executing on our middle and bottom of funnel marketing material (data sheets, solution briefs, and more).

  • Own Bitglass’ technical partnership content, describing how our platform integrates with complementary solutions and why prospects should care.

  • Take the driver’s seat with competitive materials--research, evaluate, compare, and describe solutions from across the market.

  • Help tell our story by creating and refining case studies that describe how real-world companies are using Bitglass’ solutions.

  • Run the Bitglass blog.

  • Collaborate with sales, PR, product marketing, and demand generation to ensure that all stakeholders have what they need to be successful.

  • Enable our sales teams to be as effective as possible, as quickly as possible.

  • Police the quality and consistency of the Bitglass brand and message everywhere they appear.


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to reason from a business perspective as well as a technology perspective.

  • Startup DNA--specifically, the ability to self-start in a low-structure environment and do whatever it takes to get the job done.

  • Creativity and a growth mindset, bringing fresh ideas and a desire to continually improve upon what you’ve already done well.

  • Experience in content, product marketing, or product management for a cloud, security, or technology company.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
