As the Field Marketing Manager at Bitglass, you will be involved in managing and executing North America’s sponsored trade shows, field events, and corporate events. This is an opportunity to join a growing team of marketers and make a significant contribution by planning and hosting world-class events. Our ideal candidate has exceptional project management skills, solid oral and written communication skills, and should be able to develop strong relationships.
Work closely with the broader marketing team to organize and coordinate sponsored industry trade shows, field events, and corporate events.
Work closely with the channel team to support channel marketing/event strategy and execution Provide clear and consistent communication of events programs to all stakeholders, including internal briefing documents for specified events and conferences.
Project manage multiple events simultaneously, from those that are in planning to those that have concluded
Collaborate and develop positive relationships with potential event agencies as well as promotional and print vendors.
Work closely with marketing & sales operations to drive functional alignment and measure a marketing-driven pipeline.
Own event KPIs through post-event ROI tracking and wrap-up reports.
2+ years of experience in a marketing role with field/event experience preferred.
Experience planning a variety of different-sized events, from small meetups to large-scale user conferences.
Solid understanding of event technology--promotion, registration, onsite lead capture, and reporting.
A high-energy, creative, and resourceful self-starter.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
