Technical Program Manager
Engineering | London, United Kingdom | Full Time, Part Time, and Contract
About the Role
At Billforward, our billing and WiFi commerce platform powers some of the largest Software and ISP companies in the UK and North America. We are looking for a talented Technical Program Manager in order to lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects that define Billing and Commerce for the next decade. You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders. You're equally at home explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical trade-offs in product development with engineers.
We are still a small team, well-funded, growing quickly and focused on building a world-class company.
- Provide the required hands-on software development and project management, cross-functional coordination, and inter/intra team communications to deliver outstanding program outcomes.
- Work closely with software engineers, QA, product managers and other engineering teams to get high-quality products and features through the software project lifecycle (build, test and release on time).
- Manage project schedules, identify possible issues and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders.
- Take responsibility for release schedules and milestones, keeping up a high velocity in a fast-paced environment.
We offer competitive salaries, and the opportunity to work with a smart, motivated team where you will see your contribution daily. We have centrally located offices London & San Francisco. Sound like somewhere you'd thrive? We'd love to hear from you. Submit your CV.
