As a member of the production team, an Associate Producer is tasked with a wide range of duties from delivering high quality builds to players to organizing food for the team. You support the project’s producers by facilitating communication between all team members and between the team and other parts of the BHG organization. An AP is expected to track work in the development pipeline, manage assets, identify weaknesses, bottlenecks, and risks in the schedule, assist with troubleshooting communication and schedule dependencies appropriately.
Assists in the scheduling of projects as requested by the project producers.
Ensure that tickets in JIRA or other project management tools meet the team’s requirements
Organize and update documentation as needed.
Have a deep knowledge of all tasks in progress and communicate updates from teams to the producers.
Help track feature requests and feedback from stakeholders, testers and community members
Organize and schedule meetings related to the project, including arranging OT meals, if necessary.
Take detailed notes during meetings and ensure distribution of notes to and stakeholders.
Acts as a conduit for day-to-day information within the team.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Very organized self-starter willing to assume responsibility.
Must have excellent task-tracking organization.
Agile/Scrum/Kanban process experience a plus.
Excellent problem-solving ability.
Ability to plan ahead, think creatively, identify issues/roadblocks, and develop plans to prevent or minimize their impact on production
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
