Best in Grow is a b2b SaaS platform for the cannabis industry. 92% of dispensary customers take the exact recommendation of the budtender when making their purchase. Leveraging insights like these, Best in Grow is a full-suite knowledge management platform to help industry players automate their understanding of how cannabis consumers make choices. With the Best in Grow software platform, we're building the largest and most rigorous dataset of cannabis experiences in the world to provide brands and dispensaries with the data they need to increase sales, survive a rapidly changing industry, and thrive in a market growing more competitive by the day. 

 

  • Develop, execute, and manage sales efforts for Best in Grow
  • Develop, execute, and manage a marketing plan
  • Obtain signed LOI’s from brand and dispensary partners
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships with partners and customers through SaaS subscription agreements
  • Brand building
  • Build a strong sales team
  • Work with CEO and COO to maintain and expand thought leadership
  • Oversee development of marketing materials
  • Represent Best in Grow at important industry events including presentations at conferences and managing info booth
  • Work with CEO and COO to support and develop partnership opportunities in CO and the US

Requirements

  • BS in sales, business, marketing, communications
  • 5+ years sales experience
  • Experience in leadership role
  • Demonstrated quantifiable success in sales, marketing, and building sales teams
  • Excellent people and relationship skills
  • Must have excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Must have expertise in office software
  • Must be detailed oriented, accurate, reliable, able to handle multiple projects
  • Demonstrated people management experience. Ability to lead, train, and motivate employees.
