Bookkeeper / Administrative Professional

Job Description

About Us:

We are a dynamic shared office business and real estate company looking for a full time or part time bookkeeper and administrative assistant.

Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable, accounts receivable and billing
    Compile and sort documents such as invoices and checks
    Prepare journal entries
    Update and maintain accounting records
    Maintain various general ledger reconciliations
    Control and disburse petty cash
    Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
    Prepare balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports
    Review and post daily cash deposit batches
    Assist with the collection of past due accounts
  • Office administrative support
  • Office bookings and space reservation management
  • Create weekly and monthly booking reports
  • Assist office guests and tenants

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree:
    Two years of recent bookkeeping experience
    Quickbooks online expertise (Certification preferred) 
    Highly detail oriented
    Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
    Excellent Organizational Skills
    Strong customer service skills

    • Outlook
  • Ability to work independently and proactively with the needs of a small business
