Aftersales Service Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review and manage warranty and insurance inquiries and claims—including requests for reimbursement and payment reconciliation
  • Create memos, reports, and presentations on behalf of the manager(s)
  • Provide status on pending or in-process jobs for inside customers, managers, and other internal departments
  • Create and compile various month-end reports that includes analyzing and interpreting various data
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the organization, job flow, and turnaround expectations
  • Create and maintain a monthly internal newsletter
  • Maintain updates on MSDS compliance and liaise with Facilities Department as needed
  • Responsible for daily check-in and processing of all inbound jobs
  • Send all pending job estimates to customers
  • Manage multiple inboxes via Outlook
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital department filing system
  • Perform other general administrative tasks and duties as directed by management for the benefit of the company, program, and employee(s)

Required Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills
  • Ability to retain composure and flexibility while under pressure
  • Computing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Relevant experience preferred
