Services are provided by highly trained and skilled staff such as BCBA’s, Licensed Clinicians, BCABA’s, and Registered Behavior Technicians.

Applied Behavioral Analysis ABA is a procedure that uses the principles of behavior modification. Through observation, we gather data and customize a plan based on your child’s needs and circumstances. Our goal is to Target behavioral difficulties through the use of data analysis and Implement behavior modification to ensure that the child Masters important skills to achieve their Highest Potential.

Behavioral Family Solutions, LLC is looking to grow its team of Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCABA) in the South, FL area. The Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) is an undergraduate-level certification. Professionals who are certified at this Applied Behavior Analyst job level, work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). However, BCaBAs can supervise the work of RBTs and others who implement behavior-analytic interventions.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensures company standards of data collection by RBTs
  • Collects data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction when required
  • Provides ongoing assessment and changes of behavior functions
  • Participates in company team meetings
  • Completes monthly summaries in accordance with structured deadlines
  • Participates in continuing education events to maintain certification as specified by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)
  • Adheres to applicable laws, rules, and regulations specified by regulatory agencies
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Conducts Functional Assessments of Behavior (FAB)
  • Develops Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Models implementation of treatment for RBTs
  • Monitors implementation of treatment plans and provides feedback
  • Provides 1-on-1 therapy to patients as needed
  • Conducts caregiver training
