We have hubs in Seattle, Boulder/Denver, and the Bay Area. We get together often at conferences, trade shows and off-sites and rely on collaborative tools like Slack to help keep us connected. We are looking to establish a presence in the Philippines.

Position Overview:
The eCommerce Media Support will primarily support the Marketing Department and will be exposed to a wide range of business activities. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to effectively interact with a team.

Primary Job Functions:
  • Mainly working closely with the Marketing team
  • Building Amazon Vendor and Seller Central Pay Per Click campaigns
  • Helping for the growth of client's business and ad spend in Amazon Marketplace
  • Harvesting keywords related to the campaigns using keyword research tools 
  • Amazon Search Advertising keyword optimizations
  • Creating sales and marketing report on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis, including effective marketing strategies and data analyzing accordingly
  • Creating presentation decks about new Amazon Advertising UI changes
  • Proactively monitoring clients’ catalogs to ensure that any changes Amazon or 3P sellers make are detected and communicated to the Business Manager on the account
  • Coordinating with and supporting our Business Management, Content and Operations teams when necessary
  • Providing additional support that will enable our team to deliver strong sales growth and excellent customer to our clients

Qualifications:
  • Detail-oriented
  • Able to work some hours every day that overlap with US business hours across all continental time zones. From the Philippines, this means starting at 6:30 am.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Demonstrated experience as an effective team member with strong communication skills, reliability/integrity/maturity, and ability to self-start 
  • Must be comfortable with the learning curve/constant change that comes with operating in a fast-moving, ever-changing world of eCommerce
  • We operate on G-Suite (Gmail, G-Drive, Sheets, Presentations, Calendar, Drawings, etc); experience using G-Suite is a plus. At a minimum, must be adept at Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and willing to make the transition to G-Suite.
  • Must have a dedicated office at home or elsewhere with access to secure high-speed internet and phone, and sufficient space for two monitors. This is not a job that can be done at a coffee shop or while traveling (appropriate equipment will be provided).
  • eCommerce marketing/sales experience is preferred but not required
