About the Ecommerce Business Manager role:

Reporting to a Director or Senior Business Manager, this role plays a crucial part in our continued growth and success. Business Managers act as the account lead for our clients’ eCommerce business and are responsible for harnessing internal, client, and channel resources to achieve eCommerce objectives.  Excellent project management skills as well as poise, confidence and strategic thinking go a long way in this role.  

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing clients’ e-commerce accounts (Vendor and Seller Central) to deliver world class growth by planning & executing all Amazon sales levers - products, pricing, promotions, content, relevancy, etc.  Are you a detailed, analytical project manager able to work independently to prioritize and multitask?

  • Communicating with and presenting to clients regularly as their account executive and main point of Beekeeper contact - we are strategic business partners for our clients and each one varies in size, category and growth.  Have you worked with clients before and understand the flexibility and nimbleness required?

  • Leading the team to be accountable, collaborative partners to our clients and the rest of the organization.  Managing the team through change, setting them up to be successful and being supportive as they grow.  Have you managed people well before?

  • Keeping up and institutionalizing the changes in our fast paced world of e-commerce.  Have you worked with Amazon before comfortable with their speed of change?  Do you love consumer products trends and truly want brands to succeed?

  • Actively engaging in company culture and leadership, driving a fun, positive, virtual work environment that is scalable, collaborative and results oriented.  Have you worked from home before and know you’ll be a good fit for balancing home + work life in that situation? 


  • We are looking for the perfect blend of Amazon/e-commerce sales experience, agency experience, consumer product industry experience and team leadership experience

  • Executional experience with Vendor and/or Seller Central is required

  • Strong communication skills, presence and confidence a must

  • Experience conducting quantitative analyses

  • Proven track record for delivering results, rising to the challenge and being part of a fast growing company is definitely a plus

  • High level of proficiency in Google sheets/slides/docs or Office equivalent

  • Experience using Excel including Pivot Tables, VLookups, Sumifs, etc.

  • Experience and success working from home as part of a virtual, remote culture.  This includes a dedicated, quiet space as the role is not suitable for coffee shops or those without child care. 

  • High desire to learn and seek answers for your clients and teammates 

  • Must be ok to travel to expos, clients & company offsites up to 25% of the time. 

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
