About The Media Group at Beekeeper Marketing / Advantage Solutions: 

The Media team within Beekeeper promotes our clients’ brands on Amazon, Walmart, Kroger, Instacart, and other eCommerce platforms by driving discoverability, traffic, and conversion through Search and Display campaigns. About the eCommerce Media Manager role:

This individual will work closely with the Business Management and Sales team members while independently managing his/her own list of clients. 

Responsibilities include:

Work with cross-functional Business Managers, clients, and other eCommerce companies to help deliver strong sales growth and excellent customer support:

  • Sponsored Search (Walmart Connect, Criteo, Instacart, Kroger, Quotient, Amazon Sponsored Ads)

    • Develop search strategies, tactics and testing plans based on client’s goals and the role of media in driving their brand growth

    • Be prepared to discuss common concerns from the traditional digital media landscape (automation, dayparting, head/longtail keywords) along with ecommerce-specific metrics and how to interpret the information (CTR, ROAS)

    • Set up/monitor/optimize/report on ecommerce search campaigns to clients

    • Identify trends and insights to drive media spend, keyword/SEO, and optimization recommendations

  • Additional responsibilities

    • Have a thorough understanding of ecommerce and retail fundamentals to understand the how promotions fuels growth on different online retailer platforms

    • Manage promotional budgets for multiple clients (20+)

    • Cultivate relationships with clients via email, phone calls, in-person meetings, and presentations, sharing best practices and recommendations

    • Help train Marketing Coordinators and Marketing Associates to develop their knowledge of the Retail Media Network and the advertising industry


  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

  • 5+ years experience in media and advertising

  • Experience with eCommerce channels (Amazon, Instacart, Kroger, Walmart, etc)

  • Paid search experience on multiple platforms

  • Programmatic display knowledge preferred

  • Successful client/account management experience, including providing thought leadership on campaign strategies

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills

  • Demonstrated experience as an effective team member with strong communications skills, reliability/integrity/maturity, and ability to self-start 

  • Must be comfortable with the learning curve/constant change that comes with operating in a fast-moving, ever-changing world of eCommerce

  • Comfortable in spreadsheets and doing analysis

  • We operate on G-Suite (Gmail, G-Drive, Sheets, Presentations, Calendar, Drawings, etc); experience using G-Suite is a plus. 

  • Must have a dedicated home office with access to secure high-speed internet and phone, and sufficient space for two monitors (appropriate equipment will be provided).

  • Travel may occasionally be needed for client meetings or team building off-sites (~2x a year)
