About the Associate Ecommerce Business Manager role: 

Beekeeper Marketing’s Business Management team members act as the account lead for our clients’ eCommerce business and are responsible for harnessing internal, client, and channel resources to achieve eCommerce objectives. The Associate Business Manager (ABM) will work closely with and support other Business Managers, eventually managing his/her own portfolio of clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing clients’ Amazon accounts (vendor and seller central) to deliver world class growth by planning & executing all Amazon sales levers - products, pricing, promotions, content, relevancy, etc.

    • Onboarding new clients

    • Managing new account and product set-up

  • Communicating with and presenting to clients regularly as their account executive and main point of Beekeeper contact - we are strategic business partners for our clients and each one varies in size, category and growth.

  • Conducting brand audits to lay the foundation for a strong growth strategy

  • Creating and managing the execution of client promotional calendars

  • Executing marketing plans

    • Working with Beekeeper’s Media Team to set media strategy and oversee media execution

    • Ensuring ample stock and that clients meet creative deadlines

  • Working with Beekeeper’s Operations Team to ensure smooth supply chain for clients

  • Business analytics and ROI analysis

  • General troubleshooting

Qualifications:

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

  • 4 - 7 years relevant work experience in at least some of the following areas (willing to train in areas to fill gaps):

    • eCommerce channels

    • Cross-functional roles with consumer packaged goods companies (grocery, pet or health and personal care)

    • Marketing (online advertising experience a plus)

  • Prior experience working with Amazon is strongly preferred.

  • Detail oriented and strong organizational skills.

  • Client/account management experience.

  • Demonstrated experience as an effective team member with strong communications skills, reliability/integrity/maturity, and ability to self-start. 

  • Must be comfortable with the learning curve/constant change that comes with operating in the fast moving, ever changing world of eCommerce. 

  • Must be able to prioritize and comfortable with ongoing projects 

  • Must be a team player. We are making strides in terms of process and efficiency, but we also need people willing to pitch in when needed and help us build processes.

  • Comfortable in spreadsheets and doing analysis.

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher.

  • We operate on G-Suite (Gmail, G-Drive, Sheets, Presentations, Calendar, Drawings, etc); experience using G-Suite is a plus. At a minimum, must be adept at Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and willing to make the transition to G-Suite.

  • Must have a dedicated office at home or elsewhere with access to secure high-speed internet and phone, and sufficient space for two monitors. This is not a job that can be done at a coffee shop or while traveling (appropriate equipment will be provided).

  • Must be ok to travel to expos, clients & company offsites.
