Junior Systems Analyst

Sportsrocket, Inc. is currently hiring a Junior Systems Analyst (Bellevue, WA)

We’re looking for an extremely organized and detail-oriented Junior Systems Analyst who can help ensure that processes are being followed, documentation is kept updated and general workflow practices are being followed - primarily in JIRA and Confluence.

If you are very detail-oriented, if you enjoy pouring over details, if you have experience working with various software products, and you have are interested in learning more about technology don’t hesitate to apply - we are willing to consider the right candidates without relevant experience.


You will be responsible for:

  • Facilitating communication between the CTO, managers and software developers

  • Defining, communicating and managing workflow, documentation and operations processes

  • Assisting in the management of software development planning and scheduling

  • Assisting in the ideation of software products including creating documentation, wireframes, user stories, personas, etc.

  • Maximizing team efficiency is your primary responsibility
