Beauty Heroes is a pioneering clean beauty company based in downtown Novato, CA. We curate the best in healthy beauty and sustainable living while inspiring conscious consumption and self-care.

About the Internship:
This is a hands-on opportunity to get a behind-the-scenes look at the inner workings of a growing mission-driven brand. The Marketing Intern will support a range of initiatives from social media to content creation, influencer outreach, and more. You’ll gain valuable experience in a highly collaborative environment while working closely with our founder and marketing team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and scheduling social media content

• Support influencer outreach and brand partnerships

• Help with email marketing and content planning

• Attend marketing meetings and contribute creative ideas

• Pitch in on marketing events, activations, and photo shoots

Who You Are:

• A student or recent graduate with an interest in marketing, communications, or beauty/wellness

• Local to the Novato, CA area and available to work on-site

• Organized, creative, and eager to learn

• Comfortable with social media platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.)

• Strong writing and communication skills

• Familiar with Canva, Google Suite, and basic content creation tools
