E-Commerce Beauty Customer Service + Social Media Specialist

We are a growing natural beauty discovery service and online beauty retailer in the San Francisco Bay Area, based in Novato, California. We are seeking a motivated, dynamic individual to be a customer service representative, engage with our customers on social media and support our social media strategy on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest.
This position will provide administrative and email customer care and support on our customer care platform, Help Scout, as well as social media and community support. Candidate must be available full time and for 4 hours on Saturdays.
Candidate must have excellent written communication skills and judgement and thoroughly enjoy interacting with customers and providing a positive, helpful and enjoyable experience, as we have a standard and reputation for providing excellent customer service.
Duties will include working in multiple platforms and social media, so candidate must be able to understand new systems easily, be proficient on a Mac and type a minimum of 45 WPM.
We prefer candidates live locally in or close to Novato, California. Reliable transportation is required.
