About the Position:

We are seeking a part-time Educator who will be an integral part of our Flagship store team, providing caring, tailored service to our members and customers. Must be able to work Saturday AND/OR Sunday Consistently.

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide skincare, makeup and lifestyle education and experiences in a variety of ways in our beauty store
• Tailor healthy beauty selections to each client’s unique needs
• Educate customers on the Beauty Heroes mission, including Living Lighter and Blue Beauty
• Make skincare recommendations that help clients achieve their goals
• Develop, maintain and grow our clientele for Beauty Heroes services
• Perform client outreach by phone or email on a regular basis
• Attend product knowledge trainings and be able to use that information to help customers feel more connected to their beauty and skincare rituals
• Be an instrumental team player during in-store events, providing experiences and support to ensure a memorable client experience
• Provide customers with skincare consultations in-store or online
• Ensure work area is stocked, clean and meeting all hygiene and safety standards at all times
• Conduct inventory and provide order requisitions as requested
• Perform customer exchanges and returns, adhering to outlined procedures
• Perform opening and closing procedures, including light cleaning
• Welcome and engage with Press, Influencers or Strategic Partners, ensuring the highest level of professionalism
• Help to create fun, engaging and unique content for social media as requested
• Coordinate even logistics and run all beauty events supporting the Store Manager
• Supervise education and esthetics team members and support them in maintaining all Beauty Heroes standards
• Perform other duties to support Beauty Heroes mission as directed by the store manager

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in a spa or beauty industry

• Ability to work with a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends

• Deep knowledge of skincare ingredients (we provide specific training in our beauty philosophy)

• A passion for healthy beauty and sustainability

• Friendly, outgoing and engaging personality

• Luxury beauty customer service experience and savvy

• High level of professionalism, verbal and written communications skills
