The team

Als Recruiter ben je onderdeel van het HR/Recruitment team te Amsterdam. Dit team bestaat momenteel uit 3 personen.

The goal

Als Recruiter bij Backbase zoek je internationaal naar kandidaten met verschillende ICT specialismen, van software developers en testers tot projectmanagers en consultants. Alle profielen zijn op WO en HBO niveau. Je verstaat de markt en bent een volwaardig gesprekspartner voor je interne opdrachtgevers. Je helpt hen bij het definiëren van de vraag en de wervingsstrategie. Je speelt een actieve rol in de begeleiding van de kandidaat in het selectieproces en bewaakt de voortgang bij indiensttreding. Daarnaast leg en onderhoud je contacten met universiteiten en hogescholen voor het opstarten van langdurige samenwerkingen op het gebied van stage- en afstudeeropdrachten en campusrecruitment.

In deze rol is het belangrijk je creativiteit optimaal te benutten. De ICT profielen die wij zoeken zijn schaars, pro-actieve werving en snelheid zijn noodzakelijk om succesvol te zijn.
