Position Overview:

The Head of People will report to the CEO and is responsible for leading talent acquisition, talent retention, corporate culture and HR at Axcient. The Head of People will play a pivotal role in working closely with the CEO to ensure that Axcient’s award winning culture continues to thrive and evolve to match the company’s growth. The Head of People is responsible for leading the recruitment of top talent to the team, ensuring clear career pathing for employees, and helping to create an environment that fosters innovation, teamwork and the highest levels of performance. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with recruiting, retention and culture and has been a part of scaling high-growth companies previously. Experience building and managing recruiting teams and optimizing the internal recruiting function is required, optimally through periods of extreme headcount growth. The right candidate will have a demonstrated ability to work with executives and drive strategy and process change in the organization. High levels of emotional intelligence and a track record of success in designing and implementing talent retention programs are also required for this role.
