A leading professional networking company seeks a User Experience Designer. The successful candidate will effectively communicate conceptual ideas, design rationale, and the specifics of the user-centered design process. The company offers a great work environment!
User Experience Designer Responsibilities:
- Create holistic design solutions that address business, brand, and user requirements.
- Work with web developers and engineers to deliver final products.
User Experience Designer Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in user experience design or industry experience (corporate, software, web, or agency).
- 3+ years of recent experience with Figma (Advanced skills).
- BA/BS degree in graphic design, design communication, human-computer interaction, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Advanced experience with the latest AI tools, wireframe/mocks, and data visualization.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (including user research, product management and engineering) is preferred.
- Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications is preferred.
- Solid understanding of user-centered and web design principles as well as current web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) is preferred.
- Ability to present cohesive design approaches to a non-design audience (including business, product and technology teams) is preferred.
- Ability to create information architecture diagrams, wireframes, prototypes and screen flows is preferred.
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision is preferred.
- Ability to grasp multiple product requirements with careful attention to detail is preferred.
