University Recruiting Coordinator 

We are looking for a highly organized, energetic University Recruiting Coordinator to join our University Recruiting Team. The University Recruiting Coordinator will partner closely with our University recruiters and hiring managers to hire new grads and interns across the company. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and this role is instrumental in ensuring the success of the company campus recruiting program.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all scheduling of phone interviews, on campus interviews, batch interview days, and additional as needed interviews for intern and full time candidates
  • Facilitate the interview experience in an organized and high touch manner with a strong emphasis on providing an exceptional candidate and customer experience
  • Organize and execute the final candidate hiring process and communications, as needed
  • Oversee and schedule weekly batch interview days
  • Prepare offer letters and facilitate onboarding process in internal HR system
  • Enter and maintain the integrity of data in our recruiting system and Excel tracking documents
  • Process and track candidate expense reports
  • Contribute to various team and individual recruiting projects as needed
  • Make process recommendations to achieve operational excellence

Requirements:

  • Program hires 20-40 interns between August and April – Heavy coordination during this time.
  • Projects and planning intern events May - July
  • Someone who has been a University recruiting coordinator is ideal (will do heavy scheduling and onboarding)
  • Open to occasional travel to university so flexibility in schedule nice to have 
  • 20 members on team - if someone needs help…needs to be able to pitch in
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 1 year of University Recruiting Coordination experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Very strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
  • Team oriented and willingness to help on all tasks as needed
  • Proven ability to be a resourceful problem solver
  • Ability to multi-task and work towards tight deadlines without compromising quality of work
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

$30 Per Hour      Pleasanton, CA 94588      12 Month Assignment
