University Program Coordinator 1161 

We are seeking a Talent (University) Program Coordinator to support a fast-moving and innovative team building outstanding programs for interns and early career full time hires. 


  • Provide exceptional and detailed support for all University Program events from planning to execution
  • Deliver logistics support for all program activities: budget, material prep, audiovisual, room booking, IT and Workplace support coordination, supplies, catering, invitations, surveys, data gathering/review etc for local and remote North America office locations   
  • Provide high touch and high tech onboarding support for new full time hires and interns
  • Contribute creative ideas for branding, presentations, communications, and swag; coordinate all orders with vendors
  • Oversee roll-off events for Interns including conversion analysis and post intern surveys
  • Manage GW Program and Intern Program mailboxes; develop messaging templates and protocols to streamline outreach and communication; navigate and update GW slack channels and Facebook group
  • Own the best quality candidate “keep-warm” outreach process from offer to start date and through the first-week onboarding experiences
  • Book workshop presenters, schedule speakers, vendors, and participants for all Programs Team events
  • Coordinate and monitor Program timelines and ensure deadlines and requirements  are met in a timely manner; set project management reminders for full team
  • Initiate, coordinate and/or participate in all efforts to publicize events across the company and with attendees
  • Provide creative and administrative support for developing high-quality e-learning courses and live workshops
  • Ensure highly reliable data integrity for reporting purposes; be interested in story-telling through data analysis and reporting
  • Continuously identify, document and act on opportunities to streamline the process and improve service delivery
  • Be interested in being a roll up your sleeves partner in success for the team and for all workmates

Skills & Requirements:

  • Highly proficient in Outlook email and calendar
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Experienced in creating focused surveys for events and overall Program review
  • Possess excellent communication, collaborative and organizational skills
  • Able to interact with a broad range of personalities and learning styles, to establish effective relationships at all levels of the organization and be comfortable in an agile and innovative organization
  • Skilled at learning new and sometimes complex systems, processes, and procedures
  • Able to manage competing demands, develop a plan of action and remain adaptable to changes in course; also known as being comfortable with ambiguity
  • Enjoy being part of a fast, fun, and innovative team

$20-$25 per Hour       Pleasanton, CA 94588      12 Month Assignment
