A leading medical institution is seeking a Project Manager. The ideal candidate has Transplant coordinator experience.
Transplant Project Manager, RN Responsibilities:
- Process and workflow documentation, policy, and procedure writing.
- Review of workflows for optimization opportunities.
- Implement and train on new/revised workflows.
Transplant Project Manager, RN Qualifications:
- 5 years of transplant coordinator experience.
- Transplant coordinator experience.
- Project management for oversight of the kidney transplant process optimization.
- California RN license.
- Kidney transplant experience strongly preferred.
- Experience writing policies and procedures, mapping workflows and processes.
- Transplant quality or performance improvement experience strongly preferred.
