A leading digital streaming network seeks a Training Resource to support transformation initiatives by designing, developing, and delivering learning programs that enable the adoption of new systems, processes, and policies across global business operations.

Training Resource Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training strategies aligned with transformation objectives by conducting learning needs assessments, identifying skill gaps, and integrating training into broader change management plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Create and maintain high-quality learning materials, including PowerPoint presentations, e-learning modules, job aids, and training content for learning management systems, translating technical and financial concepts into clear, user-friendly formats.
  • Facilitate training sessions (virtual and in-person), support stakeholder calls, manage meeting notes, and synthesize information into structured presentations to support communication and adoption across the organization.
  • Coordinate training logistics, scheduling, and learner support while collaborating with IT, Transformation, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure accurate content and alignment with system changes and business needs.
  • Monitor training effectiveness by tracking completion, gathering feedback, analyzing adoption trends, and driving continuous improvement of training programs, materials, and user enablement strategies.

Training Resource Qualifications:

  • 0+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree OR
  • 3+ years of experience in training, learning & development, or user enablement.
  • Experience in training, learning & development, or user enablement within FinTech, financial services, or technology organizations.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to synthesize and visualize information effectively.
  • Experience working in Agile or product-based development environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with financial operations workflows is preferred.
  • Experience designing global training programs across multiple regions or business units is preferred.
  • Experience with learning design tools or LMS platforms is preferred.

Shift:

  • 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
