The Total Rewards Project Management Sr. Director is responsible for managing the implementation of multiple, related and strategic compensation & benefits projects and initiatives. This position works closely with the Total Rewards team and cross-functional partners to implement best in class total rewards programs to the people of our company. A successful candidate will exemplify the People's Principles their words and deeds. Uses expert professional knowledge and acumen to advise senior leadership on strategic project implementation decisions. Exercises considerable creativity, foresight, and judgment in conceiving, planning, and delivering initiatives.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years experience managing projects and programs
  • Minimum of 5 years experience human resources projects
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with people data & analytics
  • Minimum 2 years of experience supporting global employee populations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
  • Deep knowledge of cross-functional project management practices
  • Project management certification desired
  • Meaningful and nuanced cross-functional influencing and balance
  • Experience implementing human resources projects, and  managing confidential and sensitive data
  • A Bachelor's or Masters degree in a related field, or commensurate relevant experience
  • Excellent communication skills; able to communicate complex topics in simple, understandable terms.
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Experience administering total rewards for tech populations
  • Experience working in Workday and PeopleSoft
  • Experience and exposure to data science principles
  • Experience with VBA, macros, python a plus
