A leading professional networking company is seeking a Technical Program Manager. The successful candidate will support multiple cross-functional technical teams to deliver their objectives in fast-paced and complex programs and projects. The ideal candidate has six or more years of program management experience within an Operations or Technical department. The company offers a great work environment.

Technical Program Manager Pay and Benefits:

  • Hourly pay: $70-$80/hr

  • 40 hours/week, 5 Month Assignment

Technical Program Manager Responsibilities:

  • Support multiple cross-functional technical teams to deliver their objectives in fast-paced and complex programs and projects.
  • Develop strong partnerships with engineering leaders to drive focus on tactical program objectives.
  • Own and manage program and portfolio execution of roadmap, and engineering operations for multiple verticals.
  • Drive alignments and prioritization across all technology initiatives, manage the roadmap for a single consistent view, and lead communications.
  • Build strategic relationships with key technology and business leaders to ensure program success.
  • Drive teams and individuals in executing roadmaps, releases, and work backlogs.
  • Lead efforts to identify risks, resolve key project conflicts, and establish appropriate resolution paths.
  • Fill in gaps across roles and functions as needed, performing as an adaptive problem solver.
  • Report on project status or portfolio roadmap, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
  • Create a collaborative work environment that fosters shared understanding, transparency, mastery, autonomy, innovation, and continuous learning.

Technical Program Manager Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of program management experience within an Operations or Technical department.
  • B.S./B.A. in a technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • Direct experience with agile methods and practices with multiple teams (Scrum and Kanban).
  • Experience in Developer Productivity space.
  • Advanced understanding of managing the life cycle of large-scale programs and projects.
