Job Description

TCC Customer Service Leader 9262716 

  • Manage all repair activity from incoming orders from product centers to completions
  • Maintain open order status updates for customers
  • Weekly conference with various customers
  • Conduct Bi-weekly production meeting to cover open orders
  • Maintain sales order due dates and production meeting action items
  • Weekly review of open sales order reports compared to each product centers open purchase order reports for potential discrepancies. 
  • TCC Leader is responsible for all matters related to Trade and Customs compliance within the center including: Classification, Monitoring, Training, Point of contact for all queries generated within the center
  • The TCC leader reports functionally to a TCC ManagerRAN Coordinator
  • Process all repairs coming to SECE
  • Provide customer with RMA # upon request to return
  • Work with Quality on vendor or non-vendor fault
  • Once on hand, run report to determine pricing if non-vendor fault
  • Work with customer on getting the PO updated and ready to ship
  • Create the Work Order and the Sales Order
  • Provide updates to the customers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in related fields of Supply Chain
