A leading video, audio, and voice technologies company is seeking a Talent Development & HR Coordinator. The successful candidate will support our Creator Lab’s global education initiatives. This role is critical in onboarding academic partners and supporting the adoption of the company's technologies across educational institutions.

Talent Development & HR Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Senior Manager - Education Programs to design impactful education programs and manage relationships with global education partners
  • Support the onboarding of educational institutions
  • Perform QC on curriculum content, email outreach, and related materials
  • Support development of training resources, including workflow and schedule management, virtual and onsite coordination, and collaboration with QC and editing teams

Talent Development & HR Coordinator Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in audio/video production and education or training.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with high-end HDR video technology.
  • Experience with video hardware/software, post-production, and color grading workflows.
  • Working knowledge of digital audio workstations and audio production processes.
  • Comfortable with public presentations and stakeholder engagement.
  • Familiarity with Mac OS and Windows environments for media production.
