A leading enterprise software solutions company seeks a Talent Acquisition Process Program Manager for a unique combination of expertise in project management, analytical skills, and Talent Acquisition legal and regulatory knowledge to guarantee the company's hiring practices are both compliant and efficient. The successful candidate will support the recruitment hiring process under the Technology, Experience, and Enablement team and assist with the coordination and organization of crucial training tools, materials, meetings, and other logistical elements. Talent Acquisition Process Program Manager Pay and Benefits:

  • Hourly pay: $75/hr
  • Worksite: Leading enterprise software solutions company (Pleasanton, CA 94588 - Hybrid, Open to remote candidates in the United States, Candidates in Pleasanton are preferred)
  • W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program
  • 40 hours/week, 6 Month Assignment

Talent Acquisition Process Program Manager Responsibilities:

  • Compliance Management:
    • Ensure all hiring practices adhere to relevant employment laws and regulations (e.g., EEO, ADA, GDPR) by collaborating with HR Compliance and Legal teams.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate compliance risks.
    • Conduct regular audits of recruitment processes to identify and address compliance risks.
    • Guide hiring managers and recruiters on compliance-related issues.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Assess program effectiveness in relation to recruitment technology, process improvement, and candidate experience.
    • Collaborate with TA Workforce Strategy and Planning to develop and evaluate program performance and compliance metrics.
    • Track program effectiveness and present data-driven recommendations for optimization.
    • Utilize data to pinpoint trends and areas for improvement.
    • Identify potential risks associated with programmatic recruiting practices and offer insights to inform strategic decision-making.
