Talent Acquisition Compliance Program Specialist 1196*

Responsibilities

  • Track metrics, audit data and work with the manager to establish action items; provide regular reporting, including OKR’s
  • Identify process improvements and participate in the implementation of improvements.
  • Gather and create all TA compliance requirements and activities in one area accessible to appropriate parties
  • Work with TA Enablement team to develop customized education sessions on compliance topics
  • Advise on compliance-related topics, including process, control, and communication
  • Respond to questions and troubleshoot issues
  • Support Talent Acquisition projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Demonstrated comfort with ambiguity and organizational change is critical for success in this position
  • Strong written/oral communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to summarize data into results and reports used to drive and or inform the business
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality
  • Possess a positive, “can do,” service-oriented attitude, with excellent follow-through on issues
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently, experience in a fast-paced high-tech environment a plus
  • A highly organized, articulate individual who knows how to develop and maintain excellent working relationships.
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources Operations or Talent Acquisition Operations or a related administrative function
  • Advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, v-lookup) and Google sheets (creating and linking forms) 

$40-$50 per hour              Pleasanton, CA 94588             6 Month Assignment
