We are searching for a Talent Acquisition Analyst to join the talent operations team at our company. This individual would have a strong understanding of talent acquisition and recruiting, plus a passion for data and analytics. In this role, the Talent Acquisition Analyst would partner with the team to optimize the utilization of metrics and analytics data. This person will also develop data-driven insights for enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategies and initiatives. We are looking for someone who can deliver recruiting trend/ROI analysis and recommendations that will enable our leaders to make informed business decisions, drive productivity and efficiencies to reduce or control costs.


  • Use tools such as Excel, Tableau, PowerPoint or infographics to deliver reports and dashboards
  • Create routine reports and prepare an analysis of recruiting trends for existing programs and new initiatives
  • Assist in the creation of models, templates, and documentation
  • Design and recommend key metrics for talent acquisition operations to better align resources and drive better decision making
  • Identify, analyze and forecast trends into meaningful visualizations and develop presentations for leadership as needed
  • Produce and present ad hoc, monthly and quarterly talent acquisition analysis reports to support business line data activity reporting needs
  • Work with TA Managers to develop and maintain user dashboards that display real-time and on-demand KPIs for the Talent Acquisition and Talent Sourcing and Operations teams
  • Ensure high integrity and accuracy of recruiting data through data/system audits


  • Current degree (or pursuing a degree) with a concentration in a quantitative or related field such as marketing, human resources, data analytics, business analytics, statistics, etc.
  • Knowledge in the areas of HR analytics and reporting
  • Experience in recruitment ATS and/or HRIS technology a plus
  • Proven understanding of predictive analytics and other business-related data analysis strategies
  • Strong technical aptitude and business acumen

$40 per Hour        New York, NY 10105        2-3 Month Assignment
