A leading biotechnology company is seeking a Systems Engineer to support the design, development, testing, and improvement of complex systems while collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams.
Associate Systems Engineer Responsibilities:
- Support the design, development, testing, and validation of electro-mechanical systems, including concept generation and performance evaluation against specifications.
- Participate in design reviews and technical team activities, contributing data analysis, system interaction assessments, and recommendations for improvements.
- Assist in troubleshooting manufacturing and system issues, identifying root causes, and proposing engineering solutions.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of manufacturing processes, reliability testing, and quality initiatives (Quality First Time).
- Document work, present findings to team members, and support innovation efforts, including assisting in the development of patentable concepts.
Associate Systems Engineer Qualifications:
- 0-3 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Foundational knowledge of engineering principles and familiarity with electro-mechanical systems.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency with engineering tools and software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, technical documentation).
- Ability to analyze data, follow standard engineering practices, and work within defined procedures.
