Support Operator 700690
This position consists of taking deep level support requests by phone or e-mail and routing them to the correct person to be resolved. This person will also be responsible for routing CIR (Customer Issue Response) cases, Pricing, and restricted order products. If cases are not responded to within the SLA times this person would be expected to follow-up on case status and escalate to management as necessary.Requirements:
- The candidate for this position needs to be able to communicate in writing and verbally.
- Basic computer skills.
- Individual who has great problem solving skills as they will need to determine how to route call/email appropriately.
- Jira service experience is desired (not required)
- Microsoft Excel experience ideal
- 20-30 hrs per week
