  • Hourly pay: $28/hr
  • Worksite: Leading medical institution (Stanford, CA 94305 - Onsite)
  • W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
  • 40 hours/week, 3 Month Assignment (40 hours/week for 4 weeks in June and 2 weeks in September - May work extended hours).

A leading educational institution is seeking a Student Residence Turns Coordinator to oversee student room turnover operations, ensuring spaces are inspected, maintained, and prepared for incoming residents while coordinating vendors, custodial teams, and maintenance activities.

Student Residence Turns Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Conduct facility and room inspections to assess conditions, identify damages, and determine maintenance needs.
  • Coordinate and oversee custodial teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely room readiness and quality standards.
  • Track and document room conditions, generate reports, and support damage assessments and preliminary billing.
  • Enter and manage work orders to address maintenance issues and verify completion of repairs and cleaning.
  • Support scheduling, communication, and overall execution of room turnover operations in alignment with operational timelines.

Student Residence Turns Coordinator Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience or a combination of education and experience is preferred.
  • Experience coordinating operations, facilities, or housing-related activities is preferred.
  • Experience working with vendors, contractors, or custodial teams is preferred.
  • Experience with reporting, documentation, and data tracking systems.
  • Customer service experience and a proven ability to meet job duties.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and software programs.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and extended hours as needed.
  • Ability to interface effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Shift:

  • Occasional work on weekends dependent on operational needs.
