Sr. Technical Program Manager Responsibilities:

• Interact one-to-one with individual technical contributors, senior leaders, as well as coaching teams.
• Help operations teams go from fighting fires to avoiding them.
• Ensure processes scale appropriately with the company
• Manage resource planning.
• Planning: Collaborate with Data Infra TLs to develop a strategy including setting short and long term goals for Open house migration.
• Execution: Organize effort to bring cross-functional teams to deliver against milestones for Openhouse.
• Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate on progress, plans and risks to various stakeholders.

Sr. Technical Program Manager Qualifications:

• 6+ years of program management experience in an Operations or Technical space.
• B.S./B.A. in a technical field.
• Cloud or infrastructure experience.
• Effective Program management and communication skills.
• Direct experience with agile methods and practices with multiple teams (Scrum and Kanban) is preferred.
• An advanced theoretical understanding of managing the life cycle of large-scale programs and projects is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple major concurrent projects is preferred.
