A leading digital streaming network seeks a Sr. Specialist, Social, Influencer & Paid Media to serve as the subject matter expert for social, influencer, and paid digital media programs across the U.S. and Latin America.

Sr. Specialist, Social, Influencer & Paid Media Responsibilities:

  • Act as the regional subject matter expert for influencer and creator marketing across the U.S. and LATAM. Develop influencer strategy and drive creator partnerships directly or with agency support, including identifying, vetting, briefing, and managing relationships, overseeing content timelines, approvals, delivery, and contractual compliance, maintaining a log of past and potential engagements to build an influencer database, and tracking performance to inform future strategies.
  • Serve as the regional subject matter expert for paid social and digital media, managing, executing, and optimizing B2C and B2B paid media plans across the U.S. and LATAM, either buying directly or through an agency, while managing budget pacing, creative testing, targeting, and performance monitoring, and translating insights into creative, audience, and media recommendations.
  • Localize and execute global social strategies and content with cultural nuance across English, Spanish, and Portuguese channels. Manage regional content calendars, publishing workflows, approvals, and quality control, and execute campaign-based programs on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn, including scheduling posts in Sprout or native tools, captions, links, final checks against platform specs, brand voice, and accessibility standards, live event content capture, and trend monitoring.
  • Serve as the day-to-day voice across social platforms, engaging the community through comments, DMs, and conversations, and working with local agencies to keep community management consistent. Track and report on organic, influencer, and paid performance, fan engagement, social listening sentiment, and content performance, compile recaps, decks, and stakeholder updates, and handle internal requests such as Box uploads, asset pulls, and Slack inbox triage.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and internal and partner-facing expert for social, influencer, and paid media in the Americas, taking part in partner planning meetings and working closely with Americas Marketing, Global Social & Digital, Creative, PR, CRM, Partnerships, and agency teams to support regional launches, tentpole moments, and partner activations.

Sr. Specialist, Social, Influencer & Paid Media Qualifications:

  • 5-7+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, and paid digital media.
  • Demonstrated experience as a subject matter expert or regional lead for social and influencer marketing, with a strong understanding of social platforms, creator ecosystems, and digital culture across the U.S. and Latin America.
  • Proven success independently creating and executing multi-platform social campaigns and influencer activations with YouTube and social media influencers at a regional or market level, with creative, pop-culture-savvy examples of authentic brand programs.
  • Working knowledge of paid social and digital media fundamentals, including targeting, creative testing, and performance optimization.
  • Experience creating static or video graphics using tools such as Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, and/or Adobe Photoshop.
  • Experience using social publishing, listening, and analytics tools such as Sprout, Sprinklr, and native platform tools.
  • Experience with entertainment, technology, media, or culture-driven brands is preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%, including within the U.S. and Latin America.
  • Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese is preferred.
