A leading enterprise software solutions company seeks a Sr GTM Operations Analyst. The successful candidate will support the Go-to-Market strategy through process optimization, data analysis, and operational execution. This role is critical in enabling sales, marketing, and customer success teams to scale effectively by providing actionable insights, improving systems and tools, and driving operational excellence.

Sr. Go-To-Market Operations Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Analyze sales, marketing, and customer success performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support GTM teams and leadership decision-making.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Finance, etc.) to optimize GTM processes, tools, and systems (e.g., Salesforce, Clari, Groove, etc).
  • Support territory planning, quota setting, lead routing, and pipeline management efforts.
  • Manage data hygiene, enrichment, and integrity across GTM systems.
  • Contribute to project-based initiatives such as new tool implementations, process redesigns, and go-to-market launches.
  • Assist in documenting processes, training materials, and best practices.
  • Deliver ad-hoc analysis and support for strategic initiatives and business reviews.

Sr. Go-To-Market Operations Analyst Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in CRM and GTM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Outreach, SalesLoft, Clari, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills required; familiarity with SQL or BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.) is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and improving business processes across GTM teams.
  • Experience in SaaS, B2B, or high-growth technology companies.
  • Familiarity with revenue intelligence platforms or GTM planning tools (e.g. Salesforce, Gainsight, Clari, etc).
  • Experience supporting territory management, quota assignments, and sales compensation.
