Service Desk Analyst 8471260

The Service Desk Analyst provides customer support, service and technical support through analysis and problem resolving to enable installation, maintenance, education, implementation and documentation of a variety of software, hardware, and web-based application GUI technologies using remote communication (Email, Phone, and Instant Messenger) to the client or the end user. 

Requirements:

  • Basic experience in an IT service delivery role
  • Experience working in a large customer-focused environment a plus
  • Experience with IT Service Management competencies
  • ITIL awareness/certification preferred

$16 per Hour          Greenwood Village CO 80111           6 Month Assignment
