  • 40 hours/week, 7 Month Assignment

A leading digital streaming network seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager. The successful candidate will manage programs that span multiple depts and teams, driving data insights group programs, analytics-type work like dashboards or implementations, and facilitating team meetings with backlog refinement and prioritization discussions.

Senior Technical Program Manager Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the program manager for high-profile programs and support various teams in their agile planning process.
  • Leading projects/programs that span multiple departments with various stakeholders to ensure teams are achieving their commitments.
  • Promote and evangelize balanced and consistent DIG best practices, including portfolio management
  • Actively identifying and removing impediments that may impact team velocity or deliverables.
  • Provide program management support to drive programs & projects to completion.
  • Work as a servant-leader within the team, using leadership skills to cultivate healthy and productive working relationships and habits.

Senior Technical Program Manager Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience as an agile program manager in a technical/analytical environment.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification required.
  • Solid understanding of agile software development methodologies, with demonstrated success driving those teams to higher levels of productivity and efficiency.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and implement ideas in a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Experience working as part of a larger Program Management Office to deliver complex solutions, working through an agile process to call out issues, remove impediments, and manage risk.
  • Experience managing competing priorities, negotiating compromises, and interfacing between a technical team and business partners, sometimes across multiple time zones.
  • Comfortable with making decisions that are thoughtful with limited data and lots of ambiguity
  • An entertainment experience is nice to have.

Shift:

  • 9 am to 6 pm in their time zone.
