A leading video, audio, and voice technologies company is seeking a Senior Specialist Experiential Events to support the planning and execution of high-impact experiential activations. This role will contribute to the delivery of memorable B2B and B2C events, including trade shows, product launches, executive summits, and partner experiences, while helping showcase cutting-edge entertainment technologies through immersive, audience-focused engagements.

Senior Specialist Experiential Events Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and execution of experiential marketing initiatives, including industry trade shows, product launches, internal events, partner demonstrations, and other high-visibility activations, leading assigned components from concept through execution.
  • Own critical event logistics, including guest communications, hotel room block coordination, registration management, onsite check-in processes, data collection activities, and post-event reporting and analysis.
  • Develop and maintain operational tools, including run-of-show documents, project timelines, checklists, asset trackers, staffing schedules, RSVP platforms, and other resources to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Provide onsite event support, including setup, vendor coordination, guest experience management, troubleshooting, and event breakdown while maintaining a professional and solutions-oriented approach in high-pressure environments.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners while managing multiple priorities, incorporating feedback, meeting deadlines, and identifying innovative event ideas and industry best practices to enhance future experiences.
  • Utilize and quickly adapt to a variety of tools and platforms, including Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, Airtable, Miro, event registration systems, Concur, and survey platforms to support program execution and reporting.

Senior Specialist Experiential Events Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in experiential marketing, event management, hospitality, customer service, communications, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting the execution of live events, activations, trade shows, or guest experiences with strong logistics and organizational capabilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to quickly learn and utilize event management and collaboration platforms such as Smartsheet, Airtable, Miro, Concur, and registration tools.
  • Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Ability to remain calm, adaptable, and solution-oriented in fast-paced, high-visibility environments while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Self-motivated team player with a passion for experiential events, guest experience, and creating impactful brand engagements.

Shift:

  • Must be available to occasionally work evenings and weekends, and travel globally up to 25%.
