A leading professional networking company seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support Sales technology initiatives by partnering with stakeholders to gather business requirements, optimize business processes, and deliver scalable Salesforce-based solutions. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into functional specifications, improve workflows, support Agile delivery, and enhance the systems that power the company's sales organization.

Senior Business Systems Analyst Responsibilities:

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders, translating business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, use cases, comprehensive documentation, process maps, and test cases as needed.
• Analyze business workflows and systems to identify improvement opportunities, recommend scalable solutions, and leverage existing tools and products while supporting Sales business processes through Salesforce configuration and/or development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to drive timely communication, manage multiple initiatives, influence stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery in a fast-paced Agile environment.
• Support application lifecycle activities by ensuring solutions are well-documented, conducting functional analysis, maintaining process documentation, and delivering high-quality user experiences with a strong customer focus and sense of urgency.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills while managing stakeholder relationships, balancing competing priorities, and delivering innovative, high-quality business solutions with exceptional attention to detail.

Senior Business Systems Analyst Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Hands-on Salesforce platform configuration and/or development experience with strong knowledge of Sales business processes and supporting systems.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Strong documentation, business process mapping, analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Experience with third-party Sales or Support tools such as Gong, Gainsight, NICE WFM, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Experience with Jira is preferred.
• Experience working in Agile environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of analytical and data analysis tools, including Microsoft Excel, is preferred.

Shift

• Hybrid: 3 days per week, Tuesday to Thursday.
